The Professor, Axel and Hans are trapped inside an exploding volcano! Suddenly, the raft flies out of the volcano. Aaagh! The raft crashes on the side of the mountain. Look out! Help! The men run for their lives from the erupting volcano. At the bottom of the volcano, they find a vineyard. Food! At last. Yes! But where are we? They walk until they find a small seaside
town ... Let's ask that boy where we are. What is this place called? Stromboli. Amazing! We're in Italy! That's incredible! We went into a volcano in Iceland and came out of one in Italy! Several weeks later in Hamburg ... We didn't make it to the centre of the Earth, but we saw some amazing things. I'm so proud of you, Axel! Now we can get married. The town has a party for the men. I want to thank Hans and Axel, who are the heroes of the trip! Hooray! Uncle Otto became very famous. Hans returned to Iceland, and I married Gräuben. The whole world still talks about our incredible journey to the centre of the Earth!
