At Collington School, we’ve got all sorts of activities going on. Here are some of the after-school activities you can take up. This club is for fans of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM subjects). We do experiments, create apps, build robots and solve real problems. This year, we will even take part in STEM competitions with other schools. Don’t wait – join us today! If you love performing in front of an audience, this club is for you. It’s also for people that feel shy and want to build their confidence up. Through games and exercises, we’ll improve our acting skills in time for the Summer Show – we put on every year. Calling all singers! The school choir needs you! Bring your best singing voice to practice every Tuesday and Thursday afternoon. You’ll love the songs we sing – from classic show tunes to modern hits by Taylor Swift and Ed Sheeran. You might play the flute, the trumpet or the drums. Whatever your instrument, we want you in the school orchestra! You’ll practise with us, improve your skills and perform in the Winter and Summer Concerts. You’ll also get the chance to go on the spring trip to Paris! Some students may not like team sports, but still want to stay fit. If this sounds like you, Martial Arts Club is a great choice. Try a different way to exercise. Martial arts will keep you fit, help you to relax and give your brain a workout, too!
